Udon Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables

Udon noodles recipe with chicken
Ingredients
- 200 g fresh udon noodles
- 200 g frozen mix of Chinese vegetables with mun mushrooms
- 150 g chicken fillet
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon chili paste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (e.g. sesame or rapeseed)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon black and white sesame seeds
Preparation
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok, add the chopped or pressed garlic, then the chicken. Fry for a few minutes until the meat is browned and ready.
Add the frozen Chinese vegetable mix with mun mushrooms and cook everything together for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are heated through and softened.
Add the soy sauce and chili paste to the vegetables and mix thoroughly. Add the fresh udon noodles to the pan and fry everything for another 3-4 minutes, until the noodles are hot and well combined with the sauce.
Serve immediately, sprinkling with black and white sesame seeds.
