Eggs stuffed with mushrooms

Recipe for eggs stuffed with mushrooms
Ingredients
- 10 hard-boiled eggs
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
Hard-boil the eggs, cover with cold water and let cool. Peel, cut in half and remove the yolks. Mash the yolks in a bowl with a fork.
Wash, dry and chop the mushrooms as finely as possible or grate them on a grater with large holes. Add butter and mushrooms to the pan, fry until they are well stewed and the liquid evaporates, season with salt and pepper.
Cool the mushrooms and then combine with crushed egg yolk, chives and mayonnaise. Season with pepper and salt. Fill the egg whites with the filling, creating mounds. Garnish with chives.
