Recipe for stuffed eggs on skewers
Ingredients for stuffed eggs
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 12 slices of salami
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- a handful of rocket
- a handful of radish sprouts
- 6 small skewer spatulas
- pepper
- salt
- oil
- balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Boil the eggs until hard, peel the boiled eggs. Chill the eggs for 15 minutes in the fridge (they will be easier to cut). Cut each egg crosswise into two equal halves.
Salt and pepper the egg, skewer the first half on a skewer, then skewer the salami slices and tomatoes, finishing with the second half of the egg. Between the layers, slide the arugula and radish sprouts.
Serve with olive oil, balsamic sauce and garlic bread.
