Pancakes
Ingredients for pancake dough:
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 0.5 cups of water (preferably sparkling water to make the pancakes fluffier)
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter.

- 250 g cream cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons of cream or natural yogurt (for a creamy consistency)
- 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparing the pancake dough
In a large bowl, mix the milk, sparkling water and eggs. Add the flour, salt and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk or mixer to obtain a smooth batter without lumps.
Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes. This will make the pancakes more elastic.
Frying pancakes
Heat a pan over medium heat. The pancake batter contains butter, so you don't need to add it to fry.
Pour a portion of the batter (about 1/4 cup) onto the pan and spread it evenly over the surface.
