Noodles with chicken and vegetables

Chinese noodles with chicken are a delicious, aromatic dish that you can easily prepare in your home kitchen. The combination of juicy chicken, crispy vegetables and a distinctive sauce based on peanut butter, soy sauce and lime creates a real explosion of flavors inspired by Asian cuisine. Chow mein noodles not only perfectly absorb the aromatic sauce, but are also rich in protein, which makes this dish more filling and nutritionally valuable. This is an ideal proposition for a quick, wholesome lunch or dinner - slightly spicy, creamy and with an oriental twist that you will love from the first bite.

- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a piece of ginger root (about 4 cm)
- 450 g wok vegetable mix
- vegetable oil for frying
- 2 tablespoons of sesame
- 2 tablespoons of chives

Preparation
Cook chow mein noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Peel and finely chop or grate the garlic and ginger. Add to the chicken and fry for a moment until they release their aroma.
Then add the vegetable mixture to the wok and fry over high heat for a few minutes until the vegetables are soft but still slightly crunchy.
In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, peanut butter, and lime juice to create a flavorful sauce.
Add the cooked pasta and the prepared sauce to the wok. Mix everything thoroughly and fry for another 3 minutes until the ingredients are combined. Sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds before serving.
