Gyros salad ingredients
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon of gyros spice
- 3 pickled cucumbers
- 1 can of corn
- 1 red onion
- 4 tablespoons of ready fried onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Garlic sauce
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, sprinkle with gyros seasoning and salt. Fry until golden brown in a heated pan.
Wash, dry and tear romaine lettuce into smaller pieces. Finely dice pickled cucumbers. Peel and thinly slice red onion. Drain corn from marinade.
Prepare the sauce: Peel the garlic, press it and mix with mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and pepper.
In a clear bowl, arrange in layers: Fried chicken pieces, red onion, pickled cucumbers, corn, mayonnaise-yogurt sauce, romaine lettuce. Sprinkle the top of the salad with fried onion.
