Konjac pasta with vegetables

Recipe for konjac pasta with vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 pack of konjac pasta 270 g
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 small onion
- 3 tablespoons tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili paste
Instructions
Prepare the konjac noodles according to the instructions on the package, usually by rinsing them thoroughly in a strainer under running water and pouring boiling water over them.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion until lightly translucent.
Add sliced zucchini, red and yellow peppers. Fry everything together for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are soft but still slightly crunchy.
Add chili pepper paste and mix thoroughly to coat vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the prepared konjac noodles, mix with the vegetables and fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
