Greek salad with feta cheese recipe
Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 handfuls of rocket
- 200 g cherry tomatoes (red and yellow)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 50 g black olives (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon black cumin
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Wash, dry and halve the cherry tomatoes. Remove the seeds from the peppers, wash and cut into thin strips or cubes. Slice the olives.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes or crumble into smaller pieces.
In a large bowl, place the rocket, chopped tomatoes, peppers, and olives.
In a small bowl, prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
Gently pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix to evenly coat all ingredients.
Add pieces of feta on top, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and black cumin.
Serve with garlic bread or focaccia.
