Eggs stuffed with salmon

Recipe for eggs stuffed with salmon
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons of grainy mustard
- fresh cucumber
- chives for decoration
- pepper
- salt
Instructions
Place eggs in cold water. Boil until hard, cover with cold water, crack the shell and peel. Cut lengthwise with a sharp knife to create two bowls for the filling.
Remove the yolks from the whites and place them in a bowl, mash thoroughly with a fork, add mayonnaise and grainy mustard, pepper, a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly.
Place the filling in the egg cavities. Place the eggs on a platter. Cut the salmon slices into smaller pieces and roll them up to form small roses. Press into the prepared mousse, decorate with cucumber slices and chopped chives. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
