Stuffed eggs with bacon and chives

Recipe for eggs stuffed with bacon
Ingredients
- 10 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons chopped chives
- 150 g bacon
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in cold water. Peel the boiled eggs. Cut each egg lengthwise into two equal halves.
Remove the yolks from the whites and crush them with a fork until fine, add mayonnaise and chopped chives. Mix the mass thoroughly and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Put the prepared yolk mass back into the indentations in the whites, creating the first layer of filling.
Dice the bacon and fry in a little oil until crispy. Remove onto paper towels and drain excess fat. When cool, arrange on a layer of egg yolks with chives.
