  2. 1 and 3/4 cups flour
  3. 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  4. 2 cups of milk
  5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  6. 8 tablespoons of oil

Preparation of the dough

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites, place the whites in a clean, dry bowl. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and beat with a mixer until the mixture is thick and stiff.

  2. When the foam is ready, gently add the yolks and beat everything thoroughly with a mixer. Then pour in the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa, pour in the milk and oil, stirring all the time. Use the mixer at the lowest speed.
