Recipe for a chocolate fudge cake with dried fruit
Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 400 g milk powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 4 tablespoons dark cocoa
- 200 g biscuits
- 100 g pistachios
- 100 g almonds
- 100 g dried cherries
Instructions
Place powdered sugar, butter, cocoa, and water in a saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring until the ingredients dissolve and combine into a smooth mass. Remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside to cool slightly. When the mass has cooled slightly, add powdered milk and vanilla essence, mix thoroughly
Break the biscuits into small pieces. Prepare the pistachios, almonds and dried cherries, peel the pistachios. Add all the ingredients, including the biscuits, to the chocolate mass. Mix everything thoroughly so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed in the mass.
