- 200 g butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 400 g milk powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 4 tablespoons dark cocoa

Instructions
Place the butter, cocoa, icing sugar and water in a small saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring until all the ingredients have dissolved and combined into a smooth mass. Remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside to cool slightly. When the mixture is lukewarm, add the powdered milk and vanilla essence and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
