- 200 g slightly dark chocolate 65%
- 250 g powdered sugar

- 150g flour
- 1 tablespoon rum flavoring

- a pinch of salt
Instructions
Brownie preparation
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, being careful not to burn it. Add the broken dark chocolate, stirring until the mixture is uniform and smooth. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, use a whisk or mixer to mix the eggs (the eggs should be at room temperature) with the sugar until the mixture is fluffy and slightly creamy. Pour the cooled chocolate and butter into the egg mixture and mix gently until the ingredients are combined.
Sift flour into the chocolate mixture and add a pinch of salt. Mix briefly until a smooth, uniform dough is formed.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (top and bottom). Prepare a baking tin measuring approximately 25x25 cm. Line it with baking paper, so that the paper extends beyond the edges of the tin.
Transfer the dough to the previously prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle with dried fruit and frozen fruit on top. Gently pressing them into the surface of the dough.
Place in preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes, until the pastry has risen slightly and the edges are cooked. The pastry should remain slightly moist in the center.
After baking, cool the brownie in the form and then cut into small pieces. You can lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar.
