- 300 g slightly dark chocolate 65%
- 375 g powdered sugar
- 5 eggs
- 225 g flour

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, making sure it doesn't burn. Add the broken dark chocolate and stir until the mixture is smooth and uniform. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
In a bowl, beat the eggs at room temperature with the sugar using a whisk or a mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy. Pour the cooled chocolate and butter into the beaten mixture and mix gently until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Then sift the flour into the chocolate mass, add a pinch of salt and mix briefly until a smooth, uniform dough is formed.
