- 1 medium broccoli
- 150 g ham
- 4 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
- 150g cheddar cheese
Sauce ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch in salted boiling water for about 2 minutes, then cool in cold water to retain color and crispiness.
Cut the ham into small cubes and fry in a pan until slightly crispy.
