- 200 g salad mix (e.g. rocket, corn salad, iceberg lettuce)
- 300 g smoked chicken breast
- 150 g bacon slices
- 2 ripe avocados
Lumberjack sauce with chives
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of cream 18%
- 1 tablespoon of sarepska mustard
- 6 tablespoons chopped chives
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cut the bacon into smaller pieces or strips. Fry in a dry pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crispy and golden. Once fried, place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
Cut the smoked chicken breast into cubes. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh. Finely chop the chives.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, season with salt, pepper and mix well. Add chopped chives, then mix thoroughly.
On plates, spread the salad mix, add sliced smoked chicken breast and crispy bacon. Pour the lumberjack sauce over everything and arrange avocado slices on top.
