When you contact us using the contact form, e-mail or telephone, you provide us with your personal data. Depending on the form of contact, we may process personal data in the form of: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address.

In each case, we only process data that we have received from you.

We will process the personal data provided or obtained in order to respond to your inquiry and possibly prepare an offer or consider a complaint or request.

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary in order to respond.

The content of correspondence (which contains your personal data) will be stored by us for a period of 3 years from the end of the year in which the contact was initiated. The period of storage of your personal data will be longer if the initiated contact resulted in the conclusion of a contract

Visits to our website

Our website uses (and collects information about) its visitors only to the extent necessary to provide services at the highest level.

If you have not contacted us and are only browsing our website, we do not gain access to your personal data.

In any case, you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. In many cases, before taking action before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, it is necessary to first send a request to the entity that the complaint concerns. Therefore, in the event of any reservations regarding the processing of personal data by us, we recommend that you submit the request to us first.
